Centurian Fixed Bollard Posts
Our
Centurian range of fixed steel bollards is designed for traffic control and
property protection. Manufactured from heavy wall tube appropriate to the
intended use, these bollards are able to take the knocks.
Centurian bollards are available in either surface mount or in-ground models with or with our chain rings.
Features:
- Wide range of sizes available.
- Surface mount models have heavy fully welded base plates.
- In-ground models are complete with welded concrete starter bars.
- Welded chain attachment rings (Models with 'R' suffix only).
- Reflective band around top of post.
Notes:
- Standard Powder Coat colour is Safety Yellow.
- Hot dipped galvanised products can be powder coated if required and will incur extra cost
- Other colours on request, may incur extra cost.
- All bollards can be custom made with chain rings if required

Fold Down Bollard
Our
‘ Fold-Down’ bollard model FD150 has been designed for applications such as
vehicle access control and parking space protection. In the lay flat position
the FD150 is only 80mm high allowing vehicles to drive over it without fouling.
In the upright position it stands 800mm high with a broad face of 150mm wide
for greater visibility. This broad face also accepts an optional reflective
sign face. The class 2 reflective sign face and standard 25mm Red reflective.
Available as a surface mount or can be used with an in-ground kit. P/N BGK4
Reflective sign face ordered separately.

Fixed De-Fence separating pedestrians and vehicles
Fixed
‘De-fence’ is a modular pedestrian control system designed for permanent
installation.
Fixed De-fence consists of three principal components;
- Posts in either ‘surface-mount’ or ‘in-ground’ configuration.
- ‘De-fence’ panels in 4 lengths with an in-fill of 25 x 50 millimetre mesh.
- ‘De-fence’ gates in 2 lengths with in-fill to match the panels.
Our ‘De-fence’ system has numerous applications both indoor and out. See also our removable or portable ‘De-fence’ systems.

Bumpa-Bar, Madular Guard Rail System
In-ground
or surface mount
Bumpa-Bar is a heavy duty guard rail system designed for use around industrial complexes, etc., for the protection of buildings, equipment and pedestrians from moving vehicles and fork lifts.
The heavy duty 90mm rails and 140mm posts are finished in safety yellow powder coat.
Posts are available in surface mount or in-ground, while the rails come in two convenient lengths.
Modular design ensures that any damage is contained to the section of rail which takes the impact.
Features:
- Tubular construction means no sharp edges for pedestrian safety.
- 90mm rails and 140mm posts, all with 5mm walls.
- 10mm thick base plates. (Surface mount).

'U' Bars
In-ground
or surface mount
‘U’Bars are manufactured in two pipe sizes for different applications. ‘U’ Bars are ideal where independent bollards are insufficient such as in queuing situations. Our large U-bars are generally used as vehicle barriers, typically seen around caryards etc. Available in either surface mount or inground designs they come in standard safety yellow or alternatively can be powder coated to a colour of your choice.

- Available in 2 pipe diameter 63.5mm and 90 mm
- Powder coated in safety yellow or to your choice
- In ground models are complete with welded concrete starter bars
- Surface mount models have fully welded base plates

Econo-rail modular & economical
Econo-rail
is a flexible and economical pedestrian control system that is simple
to install.
Consisting of surface mount posts and rails in 1, 1.5 or 2 metre lengths. Rails can be cut to length and comes complete with connectors and fixings.
Ideal where an attractive and practical solution is required to control the movement of pedestrians.
Features:
- Powder coated rails available in three standard length or can be cut down on site.
- Comes with all fittings and fixtures.
- Rails can come off posts at any angle for changes in direction using our unique post to rail adapters.
- High visibility safety yellow powder coated finish.

Post and Rail, Modular Barricade System
Post
& Rail is a modular barrier system for use in car parks, factories,
shopping centres, etc., or anywhere vehicles and pedestrians need to be segregated.
Surface mount posts 900 high. Rails are available in 2, 3 or 6 metre lengths.
The modular design of "Post & Rail" ensures barriers can be
quickly erected with minimum disruption. Suitable for either flat or sloping
surfaces.

- Super strong 90mm dia. posts with 5mm thick walls.
- 8mm thick base plates with 4 bolt fixing.
- Powder coated finish.

Ball-Fence
Ball-fence
is a tubular handrail system comprising stanchions in a range of configurations,
a top rail (or hand rail) and a centre rail (knee rail).
Design flexibility is a strength of Ball-fence. Usually the Ball-Fence components
are assembled on site but sometimes if can be partially assembled in our factory
and delivered to site in sections for simple fixing.
