Qmax Retracta-blet system Features

Rubber Base Our unique rubber base has the advantage of not damaging sensitive floors or furnishings. At l0 kgs it has the same weight as steel bases but with a soft non-slip design that is both gentle on your floor, aesthetically pleasing and functional	Serviceable Head Unlike other heads that have to be discarded if damaged, the Retracta-belt head is fully serviceable. All parts are easily replaceable. Retracta-belt heads are also adjustable for tension.	Flat Packed Retracta-belt post and base assemblies come flat packed for safe handling and ease of transport. Simply insert the post into the base, tighten the base screw with the tool supplied and your Q-Max Retracta-belt is ready to go to work. Please note: when supplied with “Low-line” Steel bases, the post and base are shipped assembled.
Four-way Connectivity Our post and base units can be connected with up to three other posts at any one time. Retracta-belt is also compatible with other systems due to it’s universal belt clip.	Custom Colours If one of our nine standard finishes does not suit your decor, we can custom powdercoat to a colour of your choice. A charge may apply depending on the quantity.	Wall Receiving Ends This discreet wall receiver will accept belt clips from both our wall mount Retracta-belts and all standard post and base units.
Printed belts Custom printing of belts can reduce theft of your Retracta­belt units, warn of a potential hazard or simply offer another high profile form of promoting your logo. Charges apply for printing.	‘Q’- Signs Designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and durable. Our range of ‘Q’- Signs have been especially developed to compliment the Qmax, ‘Q’ Control and Portaguard ranges. Made from premium engraving laminates, the engraved legends are black on a silver background and measure 190mm wide by 275mm high. Select the appropriate sign holder when ordering. Click here to find out more about 'Q'-Signs	E-Z Back Safety in the public domain is paramount. For this reason we have included an E-Z back feature into the design of the Retracta-belts. E-Z Back means when you release the belt clip from its receiver the belt will retract at a controlled rate, thereby reducing dangerous flicking of the belt as it recoils.

Qmax Retracta-belt General Purpose

The 'G.P' or General Purpose Retracta-belt is designed with economy in mind. It has the same robust quality as the Plus with the design flexibility of four standard powdercoat colours. You can even specify a custom colour that fits with your decor if desired. (An additional charge may apply).

The Retracta belt Extreme is the answer, UPVC post with our unique moulded rubber base means the 'Extreme' can be used indoors or outdoors in any conditions. Particularly useful in corrosive environments such as aquatic centres, etc. Forget refillable plastic bases, our unique 10 kg rubber base is always ready for action and gentle on floors and furnishings.

Designed for locations requiring permanent queue management. The post is securely fixed to the floor via the steel base flange. All fixings are neatly hidden beneath the spun steel flange cover. Available in bright, satin or gold chrome or powdercoated finishes

Qmax Low-line Retracta-belt

The low-line Retracta-belt base has been developed as an option to our standard base. With an overall height of just 40mm the low-line base is particularly suitable if matching other barriers already in use.

Our low-line base is fitted with a 3mm thick non-marking rubber mat to protect sensitive floors and prevent slipping. Available in all standard finishes and belt options.

Rectracta-belt barriers with the Low-Line option are supplied fully assembled as they can not be flat packed. To order simply add “L’ to the beginning of the Rectracta-belt part number you require

Q-signs and Holders

Our ‘Q-Signs’ range and holders have been specially designed to suit our QMax, Q-Control and Port-a-guard pedestrian barriers.
‘Q-Signs’ are manufactured from premium engraving laminates. The engraved legends are black on silver background and measure 190mm wide by 275mm high.

For a very classy and durable directional system, simply select the sign holder to suite your pedestrian barrier and the sign that meet your needs. For custom engraved messages simply select S1190-EP and provide uswith your required legend, we do the rest

Skipper Cone Barrier

Skipper TM - a unique purpose designed approach to traffic and facilities management. Cordon off hazardous or restricted areas indoors or outside quickly and cost effectively. Skipper’s fully retractable 9 metre tape enables all areas to be closed off using standard weighted-base cones or our post and base system. Simply click Skipper over the top of your cone, or if you wish, for greater security you can fix the unit onto the cone or post.
