Qmax Low-line Retracta-belt

The low-line Retracta-belt base has been developed as an option to our standard base. With an overall height of just 40mm the low-line base is particularly suitable if matching other barriers already in use.

Our low-line base is fitted with a 3mm thick non-marking rubber mat to protect sensitive floors and prevent slipping. Available in all standard finishes and belt options.

Rectracta-belt barriers with the Low-Line option are supplied fully assembled as they can not be flat packed. To order simply add “L’ to the beginning of the Rectracta-belt part number you require

Skipper Cone Barrier

Skipper TM - a unique purpose designed approach to traffic and facilities management. Cordon off hazardous or restricted areas indoors or outside quickly and cost effectively. Skipper’s fully retractable 9 metre tape enables all areas to be closed off using standard weighted-base cones or our post and base system. Simply click Skipper over the top of your cone, or if you wish, for greater security you can fix the unit onto the cone or post. Portable De-Fence

Portable ‘De-fence’ uses a system of interlocking free-standing fence panels. Strength, durability and flexibility are all features of ‘De-fence’. Simply link the fence panels together to create continuous barricading for festivals, parades, sporting events or work sites.

The fully welded construction is hot dip galvanised for service in extreme conditions.

Portable ‘De-fence’ is designed to comply with handrail standards. Available with either vertical bars or 25 by 50 millimetre square mesh.

Port-a-guard

Port-a-guard is a portable, expanding crowd control barrier. Compact and lightweight, Port-a-guard is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The unique design of the extruded aluminium slats and vertical posts is both strong and lightweight, while the injection moulded plastic feet ensure that the complete unit is durable and corrosion free.

Port-a-guard is available in either 3.2 or 5.0 metre models as standard, or custom built to special lengths. A versatile and portable solution to all your pedestrian and vehicular traffic control problems.

Port-a-guard Pro

It’s amazing! The Port-a-guard Pro is like no other product on the market. Apart from its ability to expand out to 5.4 metres it also pivots at the middle through a full 270 degrees and can step upto 300mm (See Note). The applications for the Port-a-guard Pro are endless, now you can cordon off difficult areas or cope with changing floor levels. Alternatively put two units together to create an enclosed workspace up to 2.7metres square. And when you’re finished Port-a-guard Pro folds up to a miserly 320mm

Port-a-guard Plus

Port-a-guard Plus is our top of the range portable expanding crowd control barrier. As with all Port-a -guard models it is compact, lightweight and suitable for indoor and particularly outdoor use. While the design of the posts and slats is identical to all our Port-a-guard barriers, the slats have reflective faces for high visibility night use.

Developed especially for the export market with outdoor use in mind, the feet incorporate many features that do not appear on the standard model. These include a carry handle positioned for perfect balance, built in castors for ease of mobility, a linking device for joining multiple units together and an additional 8kgs of weight for maximum low down stability in windy positions. Total weight approx. 15kgs.

Port-a-guard Wall Mount

The wall mount version of Port-a-guard exhibits all the same features as the portable units, but with the added advantage of being able to be fixed at a single location.

Wall mount Port-a-guard can operate between two brackets mounted between walls or in a doorway, or with one end fixed and a free standing foot on the other . In its closed (compact) position, it can be pivoted 180 degrees to lie flat against the wall for maximum traffic access, or removed completely.

Port-a-guard is the only system that can be custom configured to suit all your needs.

Hanging sign bracket

The hanging sign bracket allows signs to be placed at any point along the Port-a-guard. Signs are attached to the bracket with the provided screw, the bracket then simply clips over Port-a-guard.

The hanging sign bracket fits all models of Port-a-guard. Laser cut from 1.6mm stainless steel.

Sign Holder

Sign holder P/N QCH allows you to mount signs directly into the top of the Port-aguard post. Machined from solid steel with a bright chrome finish the QCH Holder also fits the Q-Control range. Accepts the full range of engraved Q-Signs.

Free Standing Post

Use our free standing post with the wall mount model Port-a-guard where no structure exists. Suitable around pit openings in floors or outdoors where there is no other fixing point. Simply bolt down and plug Port-a-guard in. Also available with below ground fixings for installation into a new concrete footing. Once installed, Port-a-guard can be quickly removed and taken away leaving just the post or alternatively lock your Port-a-guard to the post for permanent applications.

Q-signs and Holders

Our ‘Q-Signs’ range and holders have been specially designed to suit our QMax, Q-Control and Port-a-guard pedestrian barriers.
‘Q-Signs’ are manufactured from premium engraving laminates. The engraved legends are black on silver background and measure 190mm wide by 275mm high.

For a very classy and durable directional system, simply select the sign holder to suite your pedestrian barrier and the sign that meet your needs. For custom engraved messages simply select S1190-EP and provide uswith your required legend, we do the rest
