The “Cam-lok” Benefits
- Bilock Australian designed and manufactured high security cam lock. Registered key system requires authorisation before extra keys can be cut by original supplier. Available keyed alike, keyed differently or master keyed.
- Quick Change Core (QCC). Rekeying a lock is as simple as withdrawing a cylinder and replacing it with another – in seconds. Total flexibility, no down time.
- High strength 90mm diameter steel bollard with 5mm wall thickness for maximum impact resistance. Bollard weight 10.5kgs. Standard finish safety yellow powder coat.
- (Roller door model only). Super strong interlocking brackets laser cut from 10mm steel. Door is actually locked into the ground making levering up impossible.
- Pedestrian safety is of paramount importance. Cam-lok has a 6mm thick steel hinged hole cover as part of the inground sleeve.
- Heavy steel inground sleeve with pedestrian cap. The zinc plated sleeve fully supports the bollard to a depth of 225mm. Core drilled or set in new concrete the sleeve contains one half of the locking system.
- Cam-Lok is inserted into sleeve and rotated through 90 interlocking the two halves of the burst proof locking mechanism. All locking components are laser cut from 10mm steel.

Cam-lok model BCL is a key operated, removable bollard It is designed for ram raid protection of shop fronts etc., or anywhere that unwanted vehicle access is a problem. The heavy duty post locks into the steel in-ground sleeve via an internal locking system using high security cam locks with registered keys. Cam-lok is used extensively throughout the automotive trades, where it prevents the illegal removal of vehicles from the dealers yards while still allowing free pedestrian movement. BCLRD: Key operated removable bollard incorporating roller door bracket

Our surface mount Cam-lok is a high security key operated removable bollard. The operation is similar to our other Cam-lok bollards except that it does not require core drilling into your slab floor. Surface mount Cam-lok is designed for applications where the floor cannot be core drilled or penetrated, such as suspended or pre-stressed slabs or clean areas such as food preparation or pharmaceutical processing. This heavy duty bollard locks into the surface mounted receiver shoe via an internal locking system using high security cam locks with registered keys. Surface mount Cam-lok is ideal where vehicle access needs to be denied and keyed security is an issue.

BSL - Free standing model: Sleeve-lok model BSL is designed for the protection of shop fronts, car yards, etc., and the restriction of unwanted vehicle traffic while allowing the free movement of pedestrians. Available in 90 and 140 mm diameter. The steel in-ground sleeve incorporates a hinged hole-cap which locks to the post with a padlock.

Tee-lok Surface Mount
Our surface mount Tee-lok is exactly the same as the surface mount Cam-lok except that it does not employ high security locking. Instead, the Tee-lok uses our unique ‘T’ handle key to to unlock and remove the bollard from the receiver shoe. This ‘T’ handle fits all of our Tee-lok and retractable bollards. Tee-lok is ideally suited to low or medium security applications where the aim is to stop vehicles entering unauthorised areas or separating vehicles from pedestrians, especially around workplaces. The physical structure and the receiver shoe are the same as for the surface mount Cam-lok

Retractable Bollards
Retractable bollards are designed for medium security applications such as traffic and parking control. (Note: Retractables should not be used where high security locking is required, such as car yards etc. For these applications insurance companies insist on our Cam-lok removable bollards). The high strength bollard is manufactured from circular tube having a wall thickness of 5 mm making it much stronger than similar square designs.
