TTM values the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and are establishing policies and procedures to minimize the risk to our staff, their families, our clients and the community as a whole.
We have decided to implement a number of measures to assist with reducing the spread of this virus and ensure we can continue to service our clients to the best of our ability.
If anyone is experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, they are to alert their manager immediately.
If any staff have returned from overseas in the last 14 days or are in contact with anyone who has returned from overseas, we ask that they self-isolate for 14 days.
If any staff has been in contact with someone who is being tested for COVID-19 or has returned a positive test they are to self-isolate and inform their manager immediately.
We ask that all staff practice good hygiene including washing their hands with soap and water or using an alcohol based hand sanitizer as required and coughing into their elbow or a tissue and discarding immediately.
Meetings / Site Visits
All meetings are to be conducted via telephone and video conferencing unless deemed absolutely necessary.
Site visits are to be assessed on a case by case basis.
All interstate travel is currently suspended.
Working from home
TTM staff will be working from home as of Friday 27th March 2020 with the exception of a small skeleton staff who may remain in the office.
Please note that TTM is still focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients and that we will endeavor to keep working to the best of our ability given this unprecedented situation.
Given the fluidity of the COVID-19 situation we will be reviewing our policy and protocols at high frequency and will make changes as necessary to align with current advice.
